The British Institute of Technology & E-commerce (BITE) is a centre for academic research, education, software development and solutions. Our aim is to provide academia with an advanced knowledge in the field of business management, technology and electronic commerce while enhancing industry with the skills and knowledge to develop a secure and interactive business.

BITE is one of the most innovative Institutes in the country, and since its foundation in 2000, the Institute has sought to balance the traditional with the innovative. Our BTEC Level 4 Professional Diploma in Webmaster Technology is a two-tier route giving learners academic and professional achievement. BITE in its quest for developing a community of professionals to aid the industry has a series of degree programmes validated by the University of East London. These include undergraduate and postgraduate courses. These programmes have been developed in partnership with industry and academia to enable learners to not only get an academic understanding but also a sound knowledge of skills required by industry. The programmes will also enable students to become members of chartered organisations and societies.
