Global economies are being buffeted by a tsunami of rolling Crises. Economic crisis can no longer be perceived in terms of an isolated emergency but as part of series of events for which management must attempt to plan and manage strategically. It is necessary to think the unthinkable, being proactive rather than reactive in planning for crisis.
The organisations that succeed will be those flexible enough to plan for and adopt procedures to anticipate change. In these circumstances leadership skills will be tested and it is these skills which this timely seminar seeks to address.
