
The Ministry of Justice, Uganda team visited BITE on Friday 17th October 2008 and met the management of BITE.
The two organisations will encourage direct contact and co-operation between the two parties to support:
- Bespoke studies to aid policy development
- Capacity Building
- Identification of principles for success
- Identification of successful support methods used by judiciaries globally
- Develop recommendations for client
- ICT Training for Legal Institutions
- Identify a suitable Information System
- Develop a Judiciary Website
Both parties understand that besides above all financial arrangements will have to be negotiated and will depend on the availability of funds.
Ugandian Delegation consist of
- Dr. Khiddu Makubuya - The Attorney General & Minister for Justice of the Republic of Uganda
- C. Gashirabake - State Attorney of the Republic of Uganda
- Christine Kaahwa - State Attorney of the Republic of Uganda

The British Institute of Technology and E-commerce team includes
